Thanks to one of my tried and true Bff's, who gave me this recipe. We have been helping each other make healthy choices in our home and living with that choice a little easier (because it's not always easy) especially breakfast. I need breakfast to be easy! I make these in abundance and freeze some and keep some in the freezer. you can switch up the flavors of these muffins with different fillings and such. Try this recipe! I made mine with an additional 1 C. blueberries, juice of 1 lemon, lemon zest of 1/2 of a lemon 1TB poppy seed, 1 TB chia seeds 1 tsp of almond extract and it was SO good! It has dairy but thats okay for most  our family once in awhile!
